She was born May 2, 1915 in Globe, Arizona and was a Ventura County resident for 80 years.Ms. Lopez was a member of Casa Mexicana and a long time parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.She is survived by her brother, John Telles; grandchildren, Brenda Villa, Ronnie Lopez, Kathy Salazar, Patty Nunez, Edward Lopez Jr. and Gloria Rushing; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert; children, Robert Jr., Edward and Stella; and granddaughter Paula.Viewing will be held on Friday, August 27 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil being recited at 7 p.m., both at Pierce Brothers Stetler Chapel.
