Dennis Nickerson, winner of several Kinetic races, will be holding a workshop to learn how to build a kinetic vehicle.
The vehicles are built by both students and entrepreneurs to go over land, sand, water and mud. They are exclusively human powered - no motors allowed! Some vehicles cost thousands to build, while others are simple adaptations of bicycles, surfboards, canoes, and some pretty innovative thinking.
