The meeting will be held Monday March 21 at City Hall (970 E. Ventura St.) starting at 6:30 p.m. A closed session is also listed on the draft agenda. Time Warner Cable Channel 10 will broadcast the meeting live, with replays as scheduled.
Council expected to award trash services contract Monday

Santa Paula City Council
The City Council is expected to move ahead and select a solid waste disposal company at Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting.
Although an agenda was not available at press time, a council majority already voted to dissolve the city’s refuse department and hire an outside contractor. Crown Disposal of Sun Valley and E.J. Harrison & Sons of Ventura were due to hand in best and final offers on Wednesday.
