JV volleyball squad has mixed season

The Santa Paula High JV girls’ volleyball team is having a mixed season so far this year. The Lady Cards lost to Fillmore last week in three games. Santa Paula took the first game 25-17 but couldn’t maintain their edge, losing the next two 25-22 and 16-14.The JV split into two teams against Rio Mesa, starting off the evening with a frosh/soph game. The young Santa Paula team won their first game 25-17, but Rio Mesa took the next two, 25-22 and 15-8. The Lady Card JV team lost both their games, 25-16 and 25-10.
