Pulido Service Recognized

Anita Pulido, from RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors, was recognized by the Hispanic National Mortgage Association for her superior service and as a champion of home ownership and Hispanic home ownership at an event held at the Courtyard Marriott in Oxnard on October 11, 2007. The event was co-sponsored by the local Ventura NAHREP Chapter. Luis Maizel, Chairman of the Board for HNMA, presented the award “In Recognition of Anita’s Contribution to Increasing Homeownership in the Hispanic Community.” The recipients for this award were nominated by local Realtors and lenders.The event presented information on the future of Hispanic lending and the recognition was presented to Anita for the education she provides to all her clients regarding the purchase and finance process, committed service to the underserved consumer, and for professional and ethical service standards. Anita was introduced by HNMA Senior Vice President of Community Alliances, Ron Jauregui.“As a service to her clients, Anita offers a free session entitled, ‘Practice Buying a Home’ so that her clients are educated in the process prior to purchasing a home.
