Halloween at the Community Center

The City of Santa Paula Community Services Department held their 18th annual Halloween Carnival at the Community Center Wednesday night. There was plenty of games, food, candy, face painting, photo contest and prizes for all ages. The special preschool room had activities for younger children (ages 3 to 5). Above, kids play a game by throwing balls into cups to win a prize.
