Twin Pines Healthcare acquired by Vista Cove Senior Living

Twin Pines Healthcare, located at 250 March Street, Santa Paula, has been acquired by Vista Cove Senior Living on June 1, 2010.

The 99- bed skilled nursing facility formerly was owned and operated by H & S Management.

The new owners plan to make some significant changes in the provision of care and services and in renovations to the building.The new name of the community is Vista Cove Care Center at Santa Paula.Floyd Rhoades, CEO of Vista Cove remarked, “We are honored to have the opportunity to become involved with this community, its residents and staff, and are proud to welcome them to our organization.  We respect the commitment and dedication the former owners and staff have so generously and lovingly given to the residents in the past.  We look forward to providing quality care and services to the residents and assuring that they are content and well cared for.   We look forward to bringing our successful philosophy and approach of “Respecting the Past and Anticipating the Future” to this operation.

We plan to renovate and redecorate the property while working with the staff to provide continuous quality improvement.”Vista Cove Care Center at Santa Paula has contracted with Hallmark Rehabilitation, a nationally known  therapy company, to provide rehabilitation services.

Cindy Jordan, who will remain as the Executive Director, said, “I am very happy to become a member of the Vista Cove Team and I look forward to guiding this community into the future.  I am reinvigorated by the philosophy of this new Company and I look forward to building a great team of caring and professional service staff that are passionate and well trained to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of those who choose Vista Cove for their rehabilitation and long term care needs.
