Cardinal wrestlers get hit by Buena team

The Cardinal wrestling team hosted the Buena Bulldogs Tuesday night. Buena overpowered the Birds, winning almost all of the JV and varsity matches.
The JV lost 66-15 with freshman Jorge Carrillo (112 pounds) taking the only Santa Paula win with a pin. The only varsity winner was Alfredo Sanchez (119 pounds); he pinned his opponent in 2:22.
