SP girls shut down Malibu Sharks on the road

The Lady Cardinals won their first league game this week with Marissa Ramos pitching the complete 5-inning game and Andrea Rodriguez behind the plate. 

The girls traveled to Malibu and came away with a 13-1 victory. The game only went 5 innings against the Sharks because of the mercy rule.

Top Santa Paula hitters: Andrea Rodriguez went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored, Miranda Magana went 2 for 4 with 4 RBI’s. Cierra Hernandez went 2 for 4 with a double, a single and 2 RBI’s.
