Selecting a monthly winner is a pleasurable but difficult challenge, however, Michael and Vicki Johnson of 171 Felkins Road have done an outstanding and creative effort to turn their home setting into a landscape showplace. The house façade and steps are of flagstone brought in from Arizona and is drapped with blooming vines and a butterfly theme- the yard embraces colorful annual and evergreen plants in hanging baskets and pots. Even their street mailbox is a planter and the blooming wishing well adds a finishing touch of class to a very pleasant scene.
